Your child will be part of a small group of eighteen 2-5 year olds. The group remains together for a large part of the day, research has concluded that younger children benefit immensely from observing older children play and older children benefit greatly from demonstrating their skills to younger children. However there will be parts of the day where children will break off into adult selected groups for purposeful teaching such as phonics, research also shows us children's needs are better met by being part of small groups.
All that is offered is intended to ensure their early childhood experiences are enjoyable and generate lasting memories. In addition to this we want them to have gained a secure foundation of of skills that they able to draw upon for future learning.
The staff have been chosen for their enthusiasm for and commitment to early education and care. Each come with a unique set of qualities and experience which is disseminated across the team.
